Guiding new supplemental Medicare customers.

Project Background

Our client had gaps in their digital offerings. Many of the paths of communication would start online, but would eventually require the user to call or request a book through the mail. The goal of this project was to research the customer needs and use that information to create an eWelcome experience that would allow new users to sign up for new Medicare plans and continue their customer journey online, simplifying the overall process and the information presented to them.

Interaction design, visual design, design system development, interviewing, user research, prototyping, documentation, and competitive analysis
